A suitable candidate will have had experience of over 10 years working in a high-ranking position in the field of communications, preferably as a Senior Content Editor or Senior Content Marketer. Should have been in a managerial role during the tenure.
Duties & Responsibilities
The candidate is responsible for creating, curating and managing content for Marketing, Academic Delivery, Create and Manage Content Partnerships, Driving Content Strategy for the organisation, Develop an effective content department, Build integrated content strategies for marketing as well as academic purposes
For Marketing Content –
Work with the marketing team to research & formulate strategies for different forms of content across channels
Enable structured content creation through the implementation of models and processes for sourcing information, analysing, and creating content
Oversee content creation and execution of the communication released by businesses through various media channels
Expand and oversee social media development tools and processes in order to facilitate actionable insights to improve social media presence and content
For Academic Content –
Work with the Academic Team led by Dean/Chief Academic Officer and content partners to decide on content creation and curating strategies
Drive a team of editors, scriptwriters, content writers, subject matter experts and videographers to create content snippets and content pieces of various forms

Skills & Abilities
Strong Leadership skills with the ability to manage a team of content writers, editors, script writers, admin people and videographers.
Strong Communication Skills, both written and spoken
Should be able to work in a collaborative manner with multiple teams like Academic teams and Marketing teams
Demonstrate technological savviness and experience in working with digital platforms is a must
Strong analytical skills with a deep interest in research
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred). Working experience of the equivalent is also acceptable.
